The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Issue of Licensing Documents

The Bill (Reg. No.2287) specifies and extends present-day authorities of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market appertaining to registration of financial institutions that render financial services at the equity market, and issue of relevant licensing documents and permits in the said sector. The Bill introduces relevant amendments to the Laws "On State Regulation of Equity Market in Ukraine", "On Institutes of Common Investment ( Unit Investment and Corporate Investment Funds), and "On Securities and Stock Market".
